Renowned chef Gordon Ramsay has expressed his thoughts on the family feud between his fellow British celebrities, the Beckhams, after eldest son Brooklyn took to Instagram to share a series of allegations about his parents.
Ramsay spoke out on the matter which gripped the nation after Brooklyn spilled the tea on Instagram, claiming in part that his parents had ‘repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe [him] into signing away the rights to [his] name’, and that he and his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, had been ‘rejected for a week’ while trying to spend ‘quality time’ with his dad, David Beckham.
David and Victoria Beckham have not directly responded to their son’s claims, though David did appear on a TV show after Brooklyn’s Instagram post in which he said that you sometimes have to let kids ‘make mistakes’.

While the parents have largely remained silent around the apparent feud, Ramsay sat down with The Sun and admitted the whole thing is ‘very difficult’.
He went on to claim that Victoria is ‘upset’, and made clear that he knows ‘just how much David loves Brooklyn’.
Ramsay then revealed that he and Brooklyn have ‘messaged a little bit’, saying their relationship is ‘solid’ and the 26-year-old’s heart is ‘incredible’.
However, the chef added: “But it’s hard, isn’t it, when you’re infatuated? Love is blind. It’s easy to get up on that rollercoaster, and get carried away. But it will come back.
“I’ve seen first-hand just how good parents they are. David as a dad is just incredible. They’ve both put so much energy into their kids, and I know just how many times they’ve got Brooklyn out of the s***.
“I think it’s going to be a matter of time before Brooklyn takes a good look at himself and understands just what his parents mean to him. He’s desperate to forge his own way, and I respect that from him. It’s such a good thing to do. But remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.
“That penny will drop.”

Ramsay admitted that he wants Brooklyn to ‘take a moment to himself’, but he pointed out that his parents have ‘done more for [him] than anyone did in [his] entire life’.
“Time’s going to be the best healer, and David will absolutely get that relationship back on track,” he added.
Of course, Ramsay wasn’t going to get away from the chat without being asked about one of the most intriguing allegations of Brooklyn’s post – one which claimed his mom had danced ‘inappropriately on’ him in what should have been his first dance with his wife at their wedding.
Unfortunately for all of those looking for drama, the chef claimed the dance was actually ‘nothing salacious’.
“There was nothing inappropriate. Everyone was having fun, having a dance,” he said.
Ramsay also insisted Victoria didn’t ‘grind’ at the event, saying: “Nothing of the sort. It was fun. I haven’t seen any of the memes, I heard about them of course, but Victoria’s got a great sense of humour.
“She’s great. She’s right to be upset [about the wedding] but she can bat that other s*** away in a heartbeat.
“Victoria and [my wife] Tana have spoken a lot, they are probably closer than ever – they’re like two peas in a pod, those two.”
